Sales Development Reps (SDRs), also know as Business Development Reps (BDRs) play a very important role in outbound selling. With their main goal of setting meetings for Account Executives they need all the tools they can get to increase productivity and outcome. Here at CoffeeSender we have a ton of SDRs using CoffeeSender but we wanted to find out what other tools SDRs are using. We took it upon ourselves to survey roughly 100 SDRs/BDRs and ask them two simple questions.

CoffeeSender – eGifting platform for sales teams. One click send a coffee from within Salesforce, Oracle Sales Cloud, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, and others. The recipient receives a custom email and link to their $5 eGift card redeemable at Starbucks and other coffee shops. Track opens in real-time and get credited back if recipient doesn’t open/click the email within the allotted time.
Outreach – Outreach is a sales automation tool for SMB and enterprise organizations, which allows users to triple the number of leads they convert to appointments. Outreach enables users to design a series of touch points which prospects will receive until the prospect replies, combining automatically sent emails with manual steps (such as calls and personalized emails). Users are able to determine spacing between touch points, delivery times, and A/B test on the fly.
Datanyze – Datanyze provides a sales intelligence platform to help businesses uncover, research and reach the right prospects at the right time.
